How to submit feedback or ask our support team a question
Our developer community is built around an engaged and highly intellectual community. We value feedback tremendously and treat every question with an equal amount of priority, regardless of the source.
If you'd like to submit any form of feedback, positive or negative, or forward a question to our support team, you can do so anytime by using either of the two following options:
Our live chat widget is always turned on and is accessible 24/7 via the main dashboard. If you'd like to submit feedback or ask a question via chat, simply click the widget and ask away. We try our best to answer questions as fast as possible during business hours. We ask that you be patient with our team as we service your question in a queue.
Banner pop up
When you first create an account, you'll notice a blue banner across the top of your screen. If you click the prompt on the right-most side of the banner, it will open a pop-up window asking for your feedback. Simply add your request in the window and click submit.
Sending us an email
You can always choose snail mail and shoot us a good ol' fashioned email. Simply send an email to [email protected] and we'll add your request to the queue.
